Rare

Rarity index · 170 cards

This index lists every Rare card in the MTG Print Run database, across all the early Magic: The Gathering editions we cover. Each card page shows how many copies the Carta Mundi factory printed, edition by edition, together with the sheet logic behind the number — every 1993 print sheet held 121 cards in an 11×11 layout, and rarity was a direct consequence of how many times a card appeared on those sheets. Start from any card below, or read our methodology to see how each figure is reconstructed and browse by edition for the full print run breakdowns.
