How Many Word of Command Were Printed?

Look at target opponent’s hand and choose a card from it. You control that player until Word of Command finishes resolving. The player plays that card if able. While doing so, the player can activate mana abilities only if they’re from lands that player controls and only if mana they produce is spent to activate other mana abilities of lands the player controls and/or to play that card. If the chosen card is cast as a spell, you control the player while that spell is resolving.

"Chance in a Booster Pack" is the probability of finding at least one copy of this card in a single sealed booster pack of that edition. The same applies to starter decks, booster boxes (36 packs), sealed cases and starter displays (10 starter decks).
Why are the odds identical across Alpha, Beta and Unlimited? All three editions were printed from the same 11×11 sheet layout and used the same pack composition, so the pull odds per pack never changed — only the total number of copies printed did.
