Volcanic Island is a rare colorless Land — Island Mountain first printed in Beta (October 1993). The Carta Mundi factory produced exactly 3,025 copies across the Beta print run of 7,830,515 cards, with artwork by Brian Snõddy. It was also printed in Unlimited, Collectors Edition (9,000 copies), International Edition (4,500 copies) and Revised Edition. As part of the Reserved List, Volcanic Island will never be reprinted by Wizards of the Coast, making the original copies the only ones that will ever exist.
