The Hive is a rare colorless Artifact first printed in Alpha (August 1993). The Carta Mundi factory produced exactly 1,008 copies across the Alpha print run of 2,609,728 cards, with artwork by Sandra Everingham. It was also printed in Beta (3,025 copies), Unlimited, Collectors Edition (9,000 copies), International Edition (4,500 copies) and Revised Edition.
